I am thrilled with this pillow. Exceptional quality, soft exterior, and great memory foam support. I use at my kitchen table at mealtime and also for when I sit at computer. So very comfortable and gives great pain relief for my back and other areas.

High quality, well made, washable, SO COMFORTABLEI ordered this pillow for sitting relief while at my office job. Out of the 96 chairs in my office, none of them were comfortable to sit in. I would swap chairs out constantly throughout the day in an attempt to find some relief. After I got this pillow, I can sit in any of the chairs.This pillow is so comfortable I am reordering it so I can have one for my car and one for my office.

It is comfortable, but I bought it for the car not a desk chair, it said it was good for a car seat it is too tight and tall for my car.Edit: 11-24-21After some adjustments of my car seats and my hubby's help I was able to get it to fit correctly and it is amazing and works great. Helps with my lower back, booty, and spine pain. I look forward to driving home after standing all day and teaching little ones. My back is supported and I get relief.

This cushion saved me from buying another expensive office chair that in the end causes the same problems. I have gone through several chairs & several cushions. Nothing helped. I can't tell you what exactly is about this cushion, but it worked a miracle. After about a week of use, most all of my issues either disappeared or reduced significantly to where they are not bothersome anymore. I couldn't recommend it more!

As the header indicates, the Dr. Butler's Memory Foam Cushion includes the ice packs for relief and a pocket to place them in a discrete way. The pillow works, but it's too short in depth for most office chairs and causes my legs to fall asleep after a while.
