Tessa and Scott: Our Journey from Childhood Dream to Gold

I loved this book! As someone who loved watching them skate, getting to learn how they got to their achievements was super interesting. And I loved that this was a new and improved version, adding on to their road to the 2018 Olympics. Super interesting read, absolutely recommend!

For anyone who enjoys ice skating at it's finest, this book is a must. Tessa and Scott are so fabulous, no one even comes close to their level of talent. If you haven't already done so, look them up on U-Tube and be prepared to spend just hours and hours watching them. This book starts when they were little and follows them through to the present. A previous book covered much of their time on ice but stopped shy of the latest few years. This book has their entire wonderful story and tons of beautiful pictures.

I gave this book a 5 star rating because the Tessa and Scott story captured my attention and heart. It’s filled with all that is good; patriotism, family, friends, love, loyalty, beauty, grit determination and much more. As I read I watched their performances on YouTube. I highly recommend this feel good and educational book.

Their professional work, committment and tenacity are very well portrayed. Missing however, was their personal relationship and how far it went. One cannot wonder if they were ever lovers, which makes the book somewhat incomplete. It is also sad that there was no happy ending. In my opinion, I think that he truly loved her, but that she only wanted him to promote their skating goal..

Beautifully written, sharing the true story of Scott Moir and Tessa Virtue Their love for the art of ice dancing, and their commitment to each other is a wonderful example. It is one of of grace, passion, creativity, and a never ending vision they believed in together. The photography brings their story to life, from their beginning, to well deserved champions of the ice skating world. Their legacy is a gift to all of us!

The book contains comprehensive pictures of their beginning to their 2018 OLYMPIC resultsof these two magnificent OLYMPIANS and their naratives and outlook of the entire process and what they thought and what the potential future will be. I give 5 for this book.My question to the authur STEVE MILTON: WILL YOU DEVELOP A DVD IN THE FUTURE WITH THE UPDATES AND THE ONGOING INFORMATION THAT IS TAKING PLACE AS WE GO ALONG WITH THESE TWO AWESOME OLYMPIANS? WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME ACTIONS OF THEIR SILVER AND GOLD MEDALS.

Any fan of Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir needs this book. Not only is it full of fabulous photos it tells their amazing story leaving nothing out. I learned so much about the challenges they faced with Tessa's leg pain that they didn't tell anyone during their amateur career. It makes their success even more thrilling to read about their courage and persistence under extreme challenge. A must read for Ice Dance fans!

Amazing book. The publishing quality is beautiful - it is almost like a coffee table book - but so much more. For those that don’t know Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir are the most decorated Olympic figure skaters ever. They are ice dancers (if you are British they are the Canadian Torvill and Dean, yes they are that good).This book is a wonderful journey through their career and their ups and downs. Rather like T&D everyone expects them to be a couple in real life as they portray such intensity of feeling on ice - but no, they are best of friends! This is a wonderful book. Highly recommended!

Really good made

If you are into Ice dance, then this is the book for you. Scott and Tessa are the Canadian Olympic champions having won two golds and one silver over three Olympic games and numerous other medals as well. Look them up on U-tube. They are, in my opinion the best skaters since Torvill and Dean.

Beautiful book about my two favorite ice dancers Tessa and Scoot. Open, honest and beautiful story about their partnership and friendship. Beautiful pictures are a treat that makes reading this book even more enjoyable.
