My item arrived quickly and looked great. I unfortunately realized there was an issue with the engraving. My heart sank as I was thinking it's the holidays and my son (who the gift was for) has to be back to base soon and I wasn't going to be able to get his gift fixed before he leaves. I contacted the seller with the issue (all the details and a picture) expecting it to take a couple of days to hear back but they got back to me quickly and said they would make a new one without the errors and get it out as quickly as possible. I was so happy when I saw today that the replacement arrived and looks perfect!!! I will be wrapping it tonight. Stuff happens and nobody is perfect so it is absolutely ALL about how you handle issues when they arise and they were great in what I'm sure is already crazy days and I greatly appreciate it! The St. Michael pendant is a sentimental thing for me and for my son to have while away in the Army and now he will have it!! I will absolutely be a return customer.

Buyer beware!! Purchased this as a confirmation gift for our son. Confirmed in May. Only worn a handful of times. Medal badly tarnished. Tried to clean with jewelry cleaner but didn’t help. Reached out to seller. Originally they said they would send a replacement but then they said because shipped through Amazon needed to contact Amazon. Amazon says past the 60 day time period for replacement and to contact seller.

Thank you-- purchased this "Saint Michael Protect Us" for my daughter's birthday-- there aren't any others which are round, and say "Protect Us"-- this was the only one. For some odd reason, all the rest are in the form of shields and say "Pray for Us"-- no, Michael was the protector of not just "Police"- he protected all against the forces of Evil. Not just Policemen-- ALL. He is the Protector of ALL. I found the package that I thought was stolen or something, it was stuck in a bush :/ The medal is thin, but for the price it's very nice, the chain is super duper thin, nice for a woman, not a man.

Exactly what I expected. The chain is alittle small, but a bonus. I used it for a smaller pendant.

Medal is to thin. Chain to short and week for a man to wear. I am very disappointed. Cannot give this to my grandson. What a waste of money
