Thank you to everyone for the great answers! Our two-ounce bottles, supply forty-eight servings total and we recommend starting the supplement at two doses a day. Each serving is a quarter teaspoon (approx. thirty drops) and at two doses a day, the bottle should last about twenty-four days. If a third dose is required daily, then the bottle should last about sixteen days.

1 drink half of your body weight in oz. of fresh spring or purified water daily .  2. limit or avoid alcohol . alcohol interferes with the elimination of uric acid from the body drinking beer in particular has been linked to gout attacks.  3eat one cup of tart cherries daily. tart cherries are extremely effective remedy in their own right for uric acid . don't skip this step. 4 avoid starchy white carbohydrates . this means potatoes bread white rice ect.  a good diet would consist of fresh vegetables a moderate amount of lean meat and a great deal of tart cherries .  also take URICEL 1/4 teaspoon 1-3 times day mix with water taste like celery I do it three times seems to bee working great have not had a flair up since .

I would not try it because it seems to take too long for relief (if any) and its price!  I have suffered from gout for several decades and dietary precautions with prescribed medications are your best remedy. If you have or had gout you know the pain is excruciating and requires a quick remedy. I have been taking Allopurinol 300mg daily and take Colchicine 0.6mg as prescribed when I suffer from an attack. These medications are low cost compared to Uricel and work quickly, as within HOURS with rare exceptions of requiring up to two days for FULL relief! (During a period of pharmaceutical game playing Colcrys was substituted for colchicine at a much steeper price) If you tell your family doctor about suffering from gout during your annual visit he or she will certainly provide scripts for these medications.
