Good Product, But Received Used Items Twice!
The product quality is really good, but the issue is with the seller/distributor. I received a used product twice, which is very disappointing. It's clear that the item was not new, as it had signs of prior use. I had to return it both times, which was a hassle. The brand should ensure better quality control and proper packaging before shipping. If they fix this issue, it would be a great purchase.
