It did not say which way the blade should be inserted so I had to watch a couple of videos on YouTube to find this out. Otherwise it seems fine so far. It's not as heavy weight metal as I thought it would be. It didn't going beef fat very well but I did not chill it as recommended. The sinew wrapped around and everything got stuck so I had to cook it first to try it again.

This simple adapter does its job, but could have been done substantially better.The top portion can be dislodged too easy and the front nut if tighten could stop blades from spinning.Worm shaft does leave quite a bit of meat inside , not properly optimised in shape like seen on other even manual operation food grinders. Overall good enough to use, but does appear to be a poorly copied replica of what you would expect in a 21-st century. The only excuse is that it is incredibly cheap and most probably this is the exact case where you are getting what you paid for.
