Approximately how big are the chips?

About the size of a quarter... but they do not make the irritating sound of kids playing with quarters. Total silence!

I would like some counters just like this but with different colors. Who manufactures these and how can I get in touch?

They are from Learning Resources

I am going to use my silhouette to put a Mickey head on it and making a tic tac toe Muslin bag. Do you think these disks would work for this?

Hello Amazon Customer! The Two Color Counters are made of plastic counters that are good for math concepts and introducing probability. Feel free to contact us at review@learningresources.com with any other questions you may have.

Are they foam? Or hard plastic?

They could be either. I have had foam in the past for sale, but the one set I have left now is hard plastic.
