The blender stopped working after 1 week.We asked them to take it back and fix it.They took it back, its been a month now, no reply no update no timeline foe expected return.We bought a new blender from local brand as a replacement. Works well.Kitchenaid might be an Industry leader but their choice of local retialers and after sales service leaves you wondering if they don't care how they are perceived by their customers. .Hence proceed with caution.If the repair guys ever respond I will update here.Hopefully before my 50th birthday.Which is 8 years away....

The item looks like new ut there is a sound of something clicking inside

I find it difficult to get the lid off but I do have bad hands so that doesn’t help.

Excellent blender. It would chew through bricks if you wanted.

I decided to write this review because I have bought two faulty Kitchenaid blenders in a row.I bought this same blender model from Kitchenaid's official web site in April 2020. As soon as I took it out of the box, it sounded as it had a loose screw inside, so I sent it back straight away and then bought another one in February 2021 through Amazon.co.uk, and all the blender buttons' lights kept flashing as if the motor was stuck, so it didn't work.Sorry but I am not purchasing Kitchenaid again. I thought they had much higher quality assurance standards.I gave it two stars because the seller refunded me quite quickly.

Making a simple juice with cucumber, it didn't rotate and it started to smell burnt, I stopped right away and went to see, both the glass and the device are damaged, I don't know if it will be possible to fix it, but I used it a few times, it's not worth it
