Q: How do I get it to bloom because mine didn’t..?

You have to use the clear activator to make the blooming designs

Q: I ordered this and did not recieve the clear color for the blooming affect. I only got the ink colors. How do i get it to do the bloom?

You don’t need a clear. You can use it by shaking the bottle then just dotting where you want the bloom effect. This is more of an alcohol base so you can use it with any color.
