I always had to soak my slow cooker pot in water and soap for a day to get rid of all the hardcore food along the sides.. with these convenient liners, that is no longer necessary. I can make my food, and throw away the bag after use. Now I wipe out the crockpot and put it back in its place.There are no nasties in the liner. It feels very much like an oven bag... which makes me think if they might work the same. Won’t try that yet..!

I bought these slow cooker bags as our slow cooker bowl is so big it can barley fit into the sinkm when you try to clean it, plus when you have it on for a very long time things can get burnt onto the side and this makes it harder to clean.These bags are very handy, but can be a little frustrating to use and put food inside, on reflection it is also quite a wasteful product as its single use plastic.They did help, but I probably wont be ordering any more.

Pros:1. much easier clean up.2. seems to help prevent burning.3. the bags are very big and should fit just about any sized crockpot.Cons:1. Bags easily split or tear.3. Food waste - can't scrape out all the food because the bag will tear.2. Adding yet more plastic to landfill.While I do very much enjoy the much easier clean up the cons do mean I'm reluctant to use the liners. It's yet more plastic, these ones do split and tear very easily - which makes me worry about possible chemicals leaching from the liners during the cooking process, and of course the environmental cost of yet more plastic being added to landfill. I'd much prefer a re-useable option, as crock pots for slow cookers aren't the easiest things to clean.

These are great 👍.I use slow cooker a lot to batch cook soups, stews, curries etc to freeze, it saves on money and is great to have home cooked meal in freezer for days not up to cooking.I wasn’t sure how these would work but there great.I have large oval crockpot and fits fine just ensure folded over all edges of pot then place ingredients in and lid on.My husband says it’s lazy 😂 and maybe is a little but we would all love bit less washing up to do and when remove bag the pot is a clean as when put in, I personally still give rinse but no hard cooked on food to remove.It asks in rating about ease of cleaning? But these are 1 use remove meal to plates or freezer pots then remove and dispose of bag.

Love my slow cooker but hate cleaning it after use. These items are terrific, large enough to fit a 6.5 litre slow cooker with room to spare and oh so easy to dispose of upon completion of the cook with no further washing up of the slow cooker. I have been left pondering why roasting bags are not of the same size or indeed quality as these items ! I'd be a happy bunny if that were the case but maybe they just aren't made of the same material ? Who knows, but these do work very well for both stews and large lumps of meat that don't require any roasting.
