I spend probably an hour shopping around for bed frames. I have a very tall mattress, still wanted a riser frame but could only do about 12in, which was the sweet spot between bottom clearance and partner ergonomics, if you catch my drift.Of the handful of risers, I selected this one. Best reviews, great purchase quantity. Every frame I looked at had concerns regarding collapse, squeaking, etc. This one even mentioned slipping. I want to address these point by point:Squeaking - I assembled this sucker with a hand drill, put the mattress on it, jumped up and down for a bit, not a sound. The "slats" have rubber padding in each slot. Each screw comes with a washer and lock washer. The manufacturer has done their best to provide a noiseless product.Sturdiness - seems fine to me. If you and your partner weigh a combined 500lb+ you may be troubled, but I don't see this thing having problems in my lifetime.Slipping - A different user mentioned that. They added some kind of friction "tape" to the top of 4 of their slats. Mad respect, the seller does care and does listen.More about the product and seller - the instructions were stupid easy, just match the numbers. The product comes with a thank you letter on very sturdy, custom paper. They give you a RATCHET device to assemble the bed using the allen screws, which is a beautiful touch compared to the usual cheapo allen wrench. The hardware kit came with spare parts, even spare rubber seatings for the slats.The product is good, the company is great. I can't think of anything they could have done to provide a better kit, short of throwing in a free hand drill. I would highly recommend this product to any concerned would-be purchasers.

I’ve been shopping for bed frames for quite a while and I’m glad I fell upon this one. It’s quite sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. To be honest, I didn’t build it correctly the first time (screws weren’t tight enough) and everything was wobbly but once i tightened everything, it’s perfect.

I ordered this bed in full size for my fourteen year old niece because she wanted something simple to get her mattress off the floor, and I wanted something inexpensive. I was really impressed with this bed. Unpacking it was easy. The bed was in a box inside a shipping box, and everything was held together well and protected during shipping. I was really happy to see it came with a great little Allen wrench socket wrench tool. I have put together a lot of furniture with Allen wrenches, but have never seen anything that came with such a handy little tool. It made assembly much quicker. (It also came with a regular Allen wrench if you wanted to use that instead, but I don’t know why you would.) There was also extra hardware, in case you dropped it down the heat vent or something. The instructions were easy to follow. All of the pieces were labeled with numbers so all you had to do was go in order. The instructions showed you where to connect the numbers. My niece and my ten year old nephew and I had the bed together in less than forty minutes. My sister loved the bed so much she wants one, too. Now that my niece and nephew put the bed together with me once, they are confident they can put it together with their mom. I mean what can you say about a bed that is easy enough for kids to put together! The bed is sturdy enough that I think my niece will be able to use it for years. One of the things I really like about it is that the footboard is short, so you don’t have to cram the comforter between the footboard and the mattress. I can’t stand that look. So, if you need an easy to put together, inexpensive, sturdy bed, I think this is the bed for you!

So far so good. Would prolly even give 4.5 stars. Only complaint is when setting up figuring out which piece is which number was a bit tricky. all sort of mixed pieces were placed together in different groups and they weren't named. Only numbers as to in what order you'd set them up and even those numbers would fall easily. Once I figured what each piece is it was a pretty hassle free and quick set up. Been using for a month and pretty satisfied, only thing is I tried to tight the screws to make it sturdy and some bars have noticeably bent, I've only used my hands and I'm not a very muscular guy by any means so not sure what thay say about long term sturdiness but so far so good. Will update w any changes. As some said the head and foot parts aren't very tall, I'm using it w a 12 Zinus mattress and you can't see the foot bars at all and you only see 1 bar from the head bars, not a deal breaker to me but keep in mind if you care about that

I was skeptical at first. This wasn’t going to hold a long sized mattress. It’s held my kindly sized mattress nicely. I definitely would recommend this frame. It’s very sturdy and hasn’t loosened up since I purchased this. All parts and tools were included and they were the right parts! I ordered a previous frame and got wrong parts. I was able to put it together by myself in probably 30-45 minutes. Directions are pictures, so if you love IKEA directions you’ll love these. I hated them, but they did the job.Overall good buy for the Buck!

I highly recommend if you're in the market for a cheap but sturdy bed frame. I'm a heavy guy and my wife also sleep in it and it hold up very well after nearly a year,no obvious bending or creaking. It's also really easy to assemble.The only reasons I knocked a star off is that the fit for some of the part can be a bit off.The screw for the middle leg is barely long enough and it ends stripping very easily,resulting in the leg falling off over time. I really recommend buying a longer and sturdier screw,should be available at any hardware store.

I put it in my guest bedroom and literally it is used dailyNot very sturdy, but some extra strong glue and strong tapes helped for the legs on year one. The first year we purchased it.8 y after , it is still okay with some extra re-enforcement granting that nobody over 150lbs use it daily because since day 1, the frame is noisy an rumbling.

The product is holding up well after a month + of use by two seniors using it. No creaks of sway (that was what I was unsure of, really).It did miss one bracket which meant I had to wait with 3/4 of the bed assembled and the old one already dismantled. The Amazon call centre was great - but the seller folks were a bit slow because of multiple layers of confirmation, email, form to be filled out to another dept etc. The missing bracket arrived after two weeks or so. I did go to local Home Depot, Walmart etc to find the lets say $2 - 4 retail little bracket - but no joy,Overall the product is great and Awesome value - I would n't hold too much against the delayed part - it happens in business. Just count all the parts - including screws etc before you throw away the old bed to make room for assembly. :)Product is *AWESOME Value*...so recomend Zinus!

I’ve been wanting a queen bed for a long time but always worried about the size and space it would take up in my small room. However, with me and two dogs at night, we are quickly outgrowing the double bed. This frame was easy to put together (took 1 hour about) and it comes with a nice little ratchet to secure everything firmly. Directions are easy to understand and no parts missing. It even came with spare parts just in case. For the price you can’t go wrong. I just wanted a simple frame that wasn’t overly big and this Queen frame takes up the same (about) space as my old clunky double. Good for those with small spaces. Only slept on it one night so far… no squeaks, no wobble, seems sturdy. I’ll come back and update this in time if the bed doesn’t hold up. Very happy with this purchase.

First of all, I was hesitated when I read the reviews. Then, I decided to buy it. I honestly really loved it!! We just assemble it in like 1.30 hours. It is easy to install with the instructions. I’m very happy with this purchase! It is perfect for its price! Also, the delivery was really quick just took like 4 days.
