Simple. Healthy. DELICIOUS!
This cookbook is a MUST for your household! So far, every recipe I've tried has left my family asking for more! Healthy, simple and DELICIOUS. Oh, and did I mention that you most likely already have the ingredients on hand? That's HUGE for me (can't tell you how many times I've purchased "special" items for a new recipe, never to be used again). Another gem- the author is definitely "a mom." You'll find "kid-friendly" notes/adjustments along with the recipes. A lifesaver for families with picky eaters!! Buy. This. Book. You won't regret it.

Wish it had more pictures
I like the recipes and the information in the book but most of the recipes do not have pictures.

Easy, healthy, and tasty recipes!
I loved this recipe book so much, I showed it to two friends and they each ordered one. The recipes contain ingredients found in most kitchens and the nutritional information is very complete.

Must read, you will love it!
This book is amazing, try out her other cook books as well, Michelle put out some great recipes that taste great and are also really healthy. Everyone should read this one!

Underspiced and bland
I wanted to like this book. I've tried multiple recipes now and each one has come out incredibly bland. The final straw was the Moroccan spiced lamb. I can't keep throwing good money after bad. Going to toss it in the bin.
