This is a basic super rugged cell phone like (dinausor) thats All.Ideal for transfering the office line into the nightguard. Not Android...no applications like Google play...

Phone was NOT factory reset.
Will update later further:phone is fine, stepdad is going to have to learn the new tech for it all but it's a good phone so far.VERY disappointing to have to spend hours to go on hold to wait to factory reset it but now that's done.
