I apply it every day before going to bed, and I’ve seen improvement in my abdominal area and legs. It leaves the skin smooth and soft. It’s worth noting that it’s not magic it won't work miracles on its own but it definitely helps when combined with physical exercise, a balanced diet, and proper hydration!
