My second purchase and not working
This is a fragile product. I bumped the first one on the wall and it stopped working. Purchased a second thinking it may be my fault and the second one stopped working after 1 week

poor quality product
We bought this product in 25 July and hardly used it. Now the machine its not working.Poor Quality, it got burned from the second time use.I Don't recommend this product.

Bulb is not even worked for 2 days
The bulb was fused on 2 nd day .... disappointing

Cheap, doesn't last
Cheap product, low gage wire. The board for the dimmer fried after a few weeks. The product gets too hot (because it is a HEAT LAMP) and seems to melt the solder off the socket connection. Trash, dont waste your money.
