I don't know how I've gotten through so many years of life without using this gem on family road trips. It is very effective when using for motion sickness and it is wonderful to relieve feelings of nausea without having to use traditional medication. I've found that aroma therapy used effectively is the magic I've been looking for. I love the heady outdoorsy scent of this scent along with patchuli, Cypress, Oregano TeaTree or lemongrass to mention a few. These I've mentioned along with others are a intricate part of my choice of scents. Fresh, peaceful, wet woodsy type scent Yessss! I carry one bottle of the Cardamom with me at all times. Although, it is a bit pricey for tight budgets I manage to keep one 5ml or 10ml in my purse. Let's not forget that ever trust peppermint, Lavender and orange

I received a discount on this oil in exchange for honest, unbiased review. First of all, I'm over the moon about Plant Therapy essential oils. For several years, the only essential oils I'd use we're from Young Living. I've always respected Robert Tisserand's opinion about essential oils, so when I heard that he endorsed these oils, I checked them out right way. From their website: "Plant Therapy’s standards of quality are some of the strictest in the industry. Before we sell an essential oil we do everything possible to establish that it is 100% pure, natural, AND of the highest quality, making it appropriate for use in aromatherapy. They have more extensive information there about the quality on their website. Anyway, you just cannot beat the price for the quality. $9 for this bottle? Seriously. Can't beat it. I bought this to make a digestion blend with. I mix this with peppermint essential oil and little coconut oil, and massage it on my abdomen when I'm having digestive issues (happens pretty often). I feel like it truly takes away the discomfort that comes along with bloating, and makes me feel relaxed. I have yet to use it for cooking, but plan to soon. I may even experiment with adding a drop to my bulletproof dandelion tea tomorrow. I'm very happy with the oil.

This cardamom essential oil is really unusual in its warm, spicy, and energizing aroma. It has real therapeutic value, and if you use E.O.s regularly, you can simply assume that from the potent scent. It's certainly not going to be everyone's favorite scent, and I admit, it's not one I feel especially attracted to. However, I believe this cardamom oil is of very good quality, and inhaling it can have a calming effect. Plant Therapy is a very reliable essential oil company, and this is another one of their good ones.

I am very new to the Essential Oil community. I am currently building my stockpile of oils. I have used this oil in many diffuser recipes and have been thrilled. I love the fact that unlike artificial air fresheners the smell stays in the house and does not dissipate. I am learning that most essential oils have a shelf life. I like the smaller containers for oils that I only use occasionally. I am very happy with my purchase.

The scent is amazing! I put it on our humidifier it was authentic. Also put it in body oil. Quality product, would order again. It is on my hands 🙌, nice.
