Hi, bought the exercise ball back in August 2019 and had been very pleased with the item - and was using it mainly as a desk chair replacement when working on the computer etc. Very comfortable!!For some unexplained reason the ball has just popped, and split. Now nursing a sore bottom, and thankfully no damage done.Ball was not overinflated? I was not exercising on the ball at the time...Now need to find out how I can return the item for replacement from Amazon/Adidas?

I have been trying to find a Contact Seller section on this order however I have been unable to find it. I ordered this ball recently and have been home from holiday for just over a week now and unfortunately i have to re-inflate it every other day as the ball is deflating. I was wondering if it was possible to send a replacement. Apologies for putting this on customer review but I couldn't find another way. I look forward to your reply. By the way the ball is very good quality and overall I love it !
