This is the worst experience I've had with a hoverboard to this point
I only got this hoverboard yesterday and will likely return it. I've got three major problems.The first is simply a design choice made by the manufacturer to have the hoverboard not self-balance immediately upon powering on. Every hoverboard I've had before this has this feature. It makes it easier to get onto the hoverboard initially. No idea why they didn't include that ability.Second problem is their app. It has a rating of 1.7 in the Google Play store due to nobody being able to connect to their hoverboard with it. I have the same problem. Reviews go back more than two years complaining of this so I feel like the company isn't going to fix it.The final problem might be a defect in the board I got. When my daughter attempts to get on it, it just begins to shake violently. She's scared to get near the thing now because of it. When my son or myself get on it, it is fine. She is lighter than us so I tested just pressing down with my hands on it to see what it would do and it also began shaking then as well.I'm really disappointed because the reviews on this board on Amazon are really good and other sites rate it as one of their top boards for kids. For it to have so many short comings really surprised me.

DO not buy. Wheel sensor failed 4 months in
What are you got this for Christmas? My daughter is four and has been riding it on and off for a few months and the wheel sensor is already going crazy and she cannot even ride it anymore. I will not buy from this brand again. We can’t trust anything anymore to be a good product even with good reviews.

My kids love their hoverboards and Tomoloo costumer service responded quickly to a warranty claim I made for a hoverboard. After receiving the claim and gathering information they resolved the warranty issue successfully. I would recommend their products. Thanks Tomoloo

Would not stop shaking
Christmas gift for my daughter and we could not get it to stop shaking. Recalibrated it multiple times on multiple flat surfaces. Nothing worked. Junk. She was afraid to ride it. Now I have a crying child on Christmas. Awesome.

Great hoverboard!
This is a wonderful hoverboard. The young one loves riding it and the lights and speakers are a huge bonus! Well worth the money for the time and enjoyment it offers.
