I've owned my Tag Heuer Monaco for about 20 years, still love it, my daily watch. The only thing I don't like was the price of TH replacement strap now at least £280! Leather is leather, it will wear out every 2 to 3 years. These compatible straps last longer than the originals, had at least 4 now, and at a far more palatable cost.They are also available in some interesting designs, colours and stitching detail.
