Years ago a naturopath told me about roasted walnut oil in place of butter (or margarine) on my veggies at dinner, and that's when I began buying this product. Once you get in the habit of using it you won't want to stop as it brings the natural taste of the veggies to life. Now and then I also treat myself to salad dressing made with this oil and it is light and super yummy. The walnut taste is delicate, and present without being overpowering. I highly recommend this product - it's well worth the price.
