After knee replacement surgery I have swelling as usual. Wanting to reduce it my physical therapist suggested a compression sleeve. I found this one and ordered it, hoping it wouldn't be too tight. I am 6' 2" and weigh over 300lbs. I got it and put it on. It fit perfectly, stays up, and doesn't cause me pain! The XXL says 22 - 26 inches around the leg. My leg was swollen to 27.5 inches so I was nervous. I put it on and wore it all day, then put it on after my evening shower and wore it all night with zero problems. I should have bought 2 so I could always have one on and could wash the other. I highly recommend!

These are light weight. I wore it while packing my moving truck in 80+ degree weather and had no issues with it bothering my leg. I wore it on a long road trip in the high heat of summer with no issues. The size I needed was right at the cutoff. I ordered the bigger size and found it didn’t offer a lot of compression. I contacted the company to talk to them about a smaller size and they sent me the next size smaller no questions asked. The smaller size offers much better compression.

Updated review: customer service extremely responsive to reviews online and very helpful. Original item was a mis-labeled size and replacement item was issued. Item was actually over stretchy so recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes. However this is not a compression garment it fits a little more like a snow Capri pant or workout pant and did not meet my post-surgical needs.Original review:rdered 2xl and item DOES NOT STRETCH as much as measurement predictor graph goes.Seller image depicts user wearibg sleeve from mid thigh to mid ankle like a Capri. Maybe its just mine but it dosent appear to stretch much. Did not wear and will be returning. Plus the length looks slike it will only barely fot just above the knee if your thigh is shaped like a drum stick. If you have mote of a celery stick leg this may work better for you. Will go with another company for better fit.

This was tight and worked well but would not stay up

I bought a second pair thinking it would be better. Wrong. I use them for work. They just keep rolling down and down. Comes to a point where I rather take them off because it’s so uncomfortable. At this point I pefer to get thermal leggings. This is not it. Don’t waste your money here. They aren’t even warm

Have worn them for three weeks now they are doing exactly what they say they do and give me support and Help reduce the swelling in my legs

My husband has been having issues with his knee. A regular ice pack wasn’t cutting it. He needed something to wear. I found this ice sleeve and it is perfect for him to put on throughout the day to alleviate some discomfort. I already sent this product to several friends whose kids have suffered knee injuries. They loved it!

i bought this for compressing scars. my thigh is about 24 inches (I'm 5'2" 200~lbs) and it was so tight in the thigh that it hurt. the rest of the leg was completely loose, it wasn't even as tight as my champion workout leggings. it was also very long, I managed to pull it up about 7 or 8 inches above my knee and still had 3-4 inches of extra material by my ankle. maybe I'm just short but it still seemed too long for the pictures.
