In my shopping I noticed lots of reviewers looking for a "towel warmer" to make their towels toasty for when they get out of the shower. All we wanted was a warming rack that would help dry our towels because our bathroom doesn't have enough natural heat and ventilation. So, in that regard, this warmer does a perfectly fine job. No longer do we grab a towel from the rack and find it still clammy and damp. When we're done drying off, we just put the towels on the rack (we can fit two adult sized towels on it), set the timer for 2 or 4hrs, and the towel will be dry for the next day's shower. Is this model that much better than cheaper units? I don't know... but, it does seem fairly well made, easy to install, and the integrated timer is critical for our use. We've been using it for a month or two so far, and so long as it continues to operate as is for the next few years, we will consider it money well spent.

I got this when they were discounted, so I'm pretty happy with it.The install was pretty painless if you're comfortable measuring and putting in some dry wall anchors, though the instructions could be a little more detailed (especially about how the actual mechanism for attaching the unit to the wall fits together). I hardwired mine and I think it looks great and I was able to easily bypass the internal control mechanism (not recommended. I'm not putting any details on how to do this in here because you could burn your house down/die/etc... but if you're reasonably confident with some basic electronics you won't have a problem figuring it out) and hook it up to a smart switch which helps out a lot.The unit takes a while to get warm so I'd recommend turning it on at least an hour before you want to use the towels. In the winter I basically just leave it on all the time since my house has electric heat anyway I don't feel like I'm wasting any energy and the winter is when I most want warm towels anyway.A great bonus, besides your towels being warm enough, is that they get really dry. The couple times I have forgotten/neglected to turn it on I have definitely noticed that the towels don't absorb as well.All in all I would recommend it if you have the money and like home improvement projects, but don't expect the towels to feel like they came out of the dryer right a way.Also I really like bragging about having a heated towel rack. It definitely makes my house feel much more bougee than it is.

This is an excellent product. We have installed three in our home. It’s the only one we found that has timer installed in the product; and the price is very reasonable. The measurements and color are just like the ones in the description/photo. I turn mine up a few minutes before taking my shower and towel gets warm an toasty to dry me up. I rehang the towel , and two hours later it’s dry again and warmer turns off by itself. As far as consume, I have three warmers but my electric bill hasn’t shown any increase.

This came with a small tear in the packaging which UPS pointed out, but product didn't appear to be dented or damaged, so I accepted it. Upon installation we found that the "stainless steel"product was actually rusty and had splotches all over it. Tried cleaning with stainless steel cleaner to no avail. Even some of the bars felt rough from the formation of rust. I thought about making a claim through UPS, then it occured to me that it is supposed to be designed to constantly have wet towels hanging on it....duh.....should not ever RUST! AND, what a colossal disappointment in performance. It has been on now for 3 continuous hours and although bars are warm, the towel is not even remotely warm to the touch. Bought this as a Christmas gift to my husband who loves being handed a warm towel after a shower. Thought this would be a continuous source of "luxury" for him to always have a warm towel at hand after a shower. What a joke. This is a HUGE disappointment all around the only thing that keeps me from sending it back is that it was such a pain to up up that hubby swore he wasn't taking it down and have to put up another one! What a Christmas bust.

Nice quality. The built-in timer saves energy and installation was fairly easy.

The assembly is misleading. The unit we received had different lengths for the top two holes vs the bottom two holes. The length between the top and bottom differ about 3/8 of an inch. Thus do not rely on just measuring, make and use a template.

Easy to install. Just the right size. Looks nice for a few months then little rust spots start to appear and it has gotten worst. Not a good grade of stainless steel that was used.

Excellent item, stylish and a nice touch to my bathroom. Works as described. I installed conected straight to a circuit and no to an outlet. I wish the plate was a little bigger

The towel warmer looks amazing, install wasn't too challenging. It gets warm & dries my towels off like it should, the 2hr, 4hr timers work just fine & overall the product is sturdy, functioning & good looking finish. I would recommend ordering it if you are shopping on here; The others look cheaper and have sketchy reviews - Understand that towel warmers are often plumbed directly into the hot water heater. This is a nice alternative to cut costs, Im happy with my order.

The rack gets plenty hot, easy to install and works as expected. Only problem is the auto off timer isn’t reliable. Twice in the first month it stayed on when I know I selected 2-hour off timer. Would recommend and buy again.

Gets very hot and works great. It's a very nice quality and easy to assemble. Comes with option to plug in or hardwire.

The rack arrived very quickly. It seems very well built and works very well for it’s intended purpose, but it has a flaw, it won’t turn off. When I first plugged it in I turned it on with the power switch, the red light came on and the rack heated up, so far so good, To turn it off I pressed the power switch and the red light went out but the heat stays on. To power off I have to unplug it. I would give a 5 if not for this issue.

Efficient, fast delivery I can’t really comment on the product itself until I have it installed by an electrician, but it appears to be as represented and the price point was very good
