It's a nice warmer. The material is comfortable and the size is just right for me (but maybe a little small for those with bigfoot).The only thing I want to criticize right now is that, once you turn on the power, it is in the first vibration mode, and you have to go through all the vibration modes (there are 5 of them) to finally turn the vibration off. I bought this mainly just to warm my feet, not for the massage, and I think it should make more sense to start with no vibration when the power is turned on.The customer service is pretty good. I sent an email to the support team to activate my free warranty as instructed by the card came with the booklet and got a reply real quick and guided step by step.

It seems good quality as far as it's made, there is no actual massaging features it just vibrates like a PlayStation controller, I would say some of the vibrating modes are soothing but there's no pain relief with this item and I was expecting it to get fairly warm lukewarm at best, being outside inna sunny day feels 10x warmer than this gets and I left it on for 45min just to see if it would eventually heat up and no. Does it look cool yes quantity material yes are some of the vibrating features soothing yes. Does it massage you NO does it heat up NO

J'ai mis un morceau de coton bien mince au fond de l'appareil pour l'essayer avant de décider de le garder ou pas. J'ai essayé les semelles chauffantes et les bas chauffants que j'ai retourné. Pour moi ce n'était pas suffisant. Celui-ci je le garde. Parfait pour moi qui ne bouge pas trop donc les pieds toujours gelés ou presque. For me it was not enough. This one I keep. Perfect for me who does not move too much so my feet are always frozen or almost. I previously used a little heater under my desk to keep my feet warm but after that crapped out I decided to look for something more specialized. This footwarmer was perfect for my use case as it's super comfortable, keeps my feet nice and warm, and is raised a few inches off the ground (keeping my knees at an ergonomic 90 degrees).My only complaints are that is a bit narrow (it would be nice if I could have my feet a bit further apart) and that I find the heat timer a bit inconvenient as I'm constantly having to reach down and turn it back on again.

I've read reviews where guys complained that vibration always turns on together with the heat when their press the "On/Off" button. That is correct behaviour: the warmer has 3(three) buttons. One - to turn on only heat, second - to turn on only vibration, and the third (the main button) - to turn on them both! :)
