Delicious and filling
It is the best meal replcement shake I have tried. The flavour is thick and strong and is not sweet but not bland. The powder mixes well with the milk and leaves no residue.

Started using this after being visited by the ghost of Wilford Brimley
I started using this product after I was visited by the ghosts of Wilford Brimley past, present, and future. While in college I had gained a ton of weight and had ballooned up the the size of a hippopotamus. The weight gain really didn't bother me until I was told that I was at the upper edge of the Pre-Diabetic scale (Hence the visits from the ghosts of Wilford Brimley). After getting the news, and being afraid of imploding into myself like a neutron star, I decided to engage in what I called "The Great Unfattening of 2020". Overnight I cut out ALL added sugar from my diet, and cut down on refined carbs as well. I incorporated the Slim Fast Diabetic Weight Loss shake into my daily meal plan and in 6 months I lost 80 pounds, no joke. The thing I like about this shake is that it actually tastes OK. A lot of other weight loss shakes taste like "Failure, Regret, and the expression Meh" all rolled into one product, but not this one, it doesn't suck so bad. Anyway, if you want to shed some pounds and lose your three chins so people stop coming up to you and shaking them for good luck, then this is the product for you.

Surprised
A lot of low carb products just plain suck. They either taste terrible or have completely off-putting textures. I ordered these (chocolate and vanilla) because I had to, not because I wanted to (prediabetic). I reluctantly put a scoop of the chocolate into my ninja with 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk and some ice cubes and mentally prepared myself to try this... surprisingly it was good. Even with almond milk the texture was creamy and the taste was nice and chocolatey. It kept me satiated until lunch which was another shake and then until dinner. Afterwards I tried the vanilla and again to my surprise....it was also good. Tastes like a slightly watered down vanilla milkshake or vanilla cake. Rare to find a good low carb product so 5 ⭐. Will add I have tried a bunch of low carb shakes and for my taste these are easily the best....and super low cal too. Would also add that my blood sugars (prediabetic) have gone way down since using these products and having 2 a day with pb2 and meal at dinner keeps me deep in ketosis.

Weight loss sucks, this helps
Dieting is not fun. Dieting as a diabetic is a nightmare. Sometimes we get off balance and need a week or so of reset. You know 7 days of less eating, more control over our input and more work on our output. This makes morning & lunch easier. I can mix it up in a blender bottle and be done. Gets me out of the kitchen quicker and less likely to snack. It isn't going to atave off my hunger 100% but at least I know I have gotten all the nutrition I NEED for that meal and anything my stomach says is a want, not a need. I would never use this long term. But a week long reset it keeps me on track.

Does what it’s supposed to do but I add to it…
It does what it’s supposed to do – replace a meal. Not exactly the best tasting but not as bad as I remember it was years ago either. I have a different brand of meal replacement that tastes better but it’s a lot more expensive, so what I’ll do is mix a very small amount of it with this and it makes it a lot better tasting. Minor issues with gas with this product though.
