RUGGED & DAPPERMens Body Wash and Mens Shampoo - Texture Boost Sea Salt Spray for Men

Honestly, I was skeptical at first with this company. I thought it all felt very gimmicky, so I just tried the face wash first. Less than a month later, I ordered the body wash/shampoo, moisturizing cream, and the face mask. haha I don't know if it'll work for all skin types, but I'm Puerto Rican living in Florida, and I've always had issues with being too oily or too dry. The very first time I used all the products together(body wash/shampoo and face wash in the shower, moisturizer after shower, and face mask last), I could immediately feel and see a difference. No dry spots near my nose(which I've had for years even with other products like dove for men, axe, etc..), and my skin feels and looks perfectly hydrated.However, side note, I would not recommend putting the face wash or moisturizer on your beard. For me, it makes the skin under my beard extremely dry the next day. So instead, me personally, I use a beard soap bar(by Maple Hill Naturals) in the shower and then I put Argan oil after the shower.

I have been on a personal mission to try and find the best shower gel for men. My goal is to find one that accomplishes three things. 1- Clean2- Lather (good Lather, lots of suds)3- Smell good/greatI had no idea that this was going to be so difficult.Oh, the 4th criteria,Not cost too much. (Over $25 for 16 oz.)Many have tried, many have failed.Rugged and Dapper is very good as far as lather. It leaves a clean feeling. It is a bit thicker in viscosity than I like, but I don't hold that against it.My main concern is that it has that sandalwood smell. I am not the Brawny Man.I don't want to smell like a lumberjack.Please, for Buddha's sake, give us another scent to choose from. Citrus, mint, rosemary, something!!I like the price point.Quality product, for sure.I won't buy it again because I don't like the scent. But I highly recommend it if you adore sandalwood.My search continues.

I've been using Rugged and Dapper for years now, and I have liked their products. They were always more expensive than some other washes out there, but I felt it was worth it. But now, to my surprise, the new washes are nearly half the size and cost more for more than a 250% markup per oz.I bought the 16oz wash on May 15th for $16.63, and at the time of this review, the new 9oz wash is $23.70.

I see many folks on here complaining that the scent is too faint or the scent smells like a cleaning product.Concerning the light scent, this is a feature not a bug. A men’s body wash should not have an overwhelming scent, I love the fact that it is subtle. This lets me choose a cologne without the smell of the soap clashing, or even more importantly, choose to not smell strongly of anything at all! For those who was to smack people in the proverbial olfactory face, this isn’t the soap for you: pick one of the terribly over scented axe body washes that smells cheap and of teenage angst.For those who think it smells like a household cleaning product, well, it doesn’t. You are probably smelling the tea tree extract/oil that it part of the scent. It has a somewhat medicinal or even menthol like scent, but it marries well with the other extracts and oils that are in this product. You may just not like it, which is totally fine! But it’s a top note of the scent and fades quickly.If you do like the scent and want something that is more potent, the conditioner has a much stronger scent that lingers a bit longer on your hair. I think it’s great

This is Absolutely Ridiculous. In one month they went from 16 ounces to 9 ounces and kept the same price. This will be the last time I purchase this product. I really am sick of greed.
