but the adhesive on this tape is poor in quality
Does not stick. Not sure if it was the one I received, but the adhesive on this tape is poor in quality. Do not recommend.

I just did some quick flash light shines on an ...
I just did some quick flash light shines on an install of this otange tape on the open trunk of my car. It seems his tape requires a more direct light beam for reflection as another reviewer commented on in 2015. It is quite bright when light strikes it directly as the tape can be positioned and aimed off an open trunk. I will give it four stars. I was going to put some of this tape on the insides of my doors but the opening angle of the door will not make this tape work as light strikes it at an angle. I will get some retroflectivity wider angle tape to test for the doors. I will give an update soon as I suspect the tape that covers wider angles of light will not be as bright as this tape when light does hit it.The photo attached shows the tape on the open trunk. I am going to add a 14 inch triangle after I evalute the retroflexive wider angle stuff. I may combine two different tape technologiesUpdate:Tested with head lights 500 feet away instead of shining a flash light from 10 feet shows this tape is really does the job. Will bump it up to 5 stars. At greater distances natural movement of an individuals headlight will vary in pitch and at one point really light up from far away. Just position some tape at different heights. I am now going to use this for inside the car doors.

Good reflectivity. Did not work well for my application
Good reflectivity. Did not work well for my application. Tape is thick, and it had to go on a curved surface (12" diameter). Was OK, until placed in sun, then curled up at edges/ends. It's good tape, just think about your application/use.

Excellent product!
This tape is a really well made product. I used it for a bear can wrapping it several times on around the top and bottom and cutting several sections off and sticking it to the top and bottom. There was no mistaking that this was my can and at night the orange and reflective properties of the tape allows you to very quickly see it, even at long distances. The adhesive works well and didn't peal off like I thought it would.

Waste of money; do not buy.
This stuff is NOT reflective worth a damn.I bought a roll to mark up my recumbent tricycle, to give myself better visibility at night, from the side. I might as well have used orange construction paper and masking tape; there is no more reflection from this tape, than there is from my (black) tires or my (also black) seat mesh.

Doesn't stick very well, clean aluminum and painted steel, both with correct prep. Edges curled up along full length. Really freakin reflective though!

Good but not good enough for me
I prefer the retro reflective material. It gives better reflection from wider angles. This tape requires a more direct light beam for reflection.
