Nature's Answer Cascara Sagrada Bark Vegetarian Capsule Pills, 90-Count

For me, sometimes, I just get somewhat plugged up due to too much cheese, or other reasons. Then I reach for the Cascara Barks! And I find that this brand Nature's Answer works fast, effectively, and it is so gentle on my stomach. What I do is to take two about five PM and by the next morning--RELIEF!The best thing to know about this is that is is natural and safe and contains the Cascara Bark. This is so effective for cleaning the colon and relieving constipation. Also, I did learn that this herb has mild tonic abilities. So I found a PDF book free online by searching Google and typing this: PDF Cascara Sagrada. Then I downloaded the free PDF book and have learned so much about this wonderful herb!

I like to use this occasionally for constipation. I don't get stomach cramps when using this product or uncontrollable diarrhea. It doesn't take too long to work either.

I used to take couple of different variety of Colon Cleanse/Detox products over the years. I found that the main ingredient for those colon cleanse/detox products is the Cascara or Senna. They are all Laxative and nothing else. I gave a try of this very Low Cost nature's Answer Cascara at $3.94 and it works as those much more expensive (about 3 to 10 times more expansive) colon cleanse products. I've started with just 1 a day and it worked great (daily dosage is 2). I use it as needed and don't use it for long term.I would highly recommend this product for anyone considering those expansive colon cleanse product.

I like this product because I get constipated quit often with the medications I'm on, so I take it along with other items and it seems to help!
