Q: How many tissues fit in the holder at one time?

The tissues we put inside the car tissue holder before shipment is about 18.5(L)*10(W)x2(H) cm.

Q: Does this fit fast food napkins like McDonald napkins?

Basically this is designed for Kleenex style tissues. You can refill but you need to refill with fewer than a full box it only holds a few tissues at a time. I'm not sure but se the seller constantly avoids answering that question as to how many tissues does it hold. The note that it mentions it is a napkin holder is misleading here. It might hold napkins that are sold in big packages at the local stores to refill but again you would need to only fill a handfull at a time probably and since most of those if not all are not folded to be pop up or folded so when you pull one the next one decends out to be caught hold of when you need another I don't think this tissue holder is what you are looking for. Maybe you could design what you want such as sew up a nylon or vinyl pouch to fit your napkin size you purchase leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch all the way around to avoid over crowding on edges. Also over loading is more frustrating than adding fewer really believe me on that. Tuck refills into a pouch you make perhaps or plastic bag tucked under or between seats for easy to have refills to this holder. The key however is fewer is better if you over fill it is difficult to pull them out. Also they are held upside down so that also is problematic to pulling out as the weight is playing against it. Yes, it's easy to load your own tissues in it, The dimension of this holder is 22.5 cm x 11 cm, if your tissue less than this size, you can refill it into the car visor napkin box.

I don't know if there is anything that you could clip it onto on the door. The clips are just flexible enough to fit the visor. Actually it is quite handy on the visor. You don't need to take your eyes off the road to grab a tissue
