This is a great grill cover. It's sturdy, long lasting and fits perfectly. Easy to install, wind proof, and waterproof.

Have a Lyfetime 16"x49" singke lid grill with firebox. This fits perfect. Just put it on so no idea how itll hold up but material seems high quality and quite thick.

Five inch diameter for chimney is the exact diameter of the chimney. So it does not slide on easy. Take about 10 minutes to work the chimney cover on 1/2 inch at a time.

Perfect fit for our Oklahoma Joe smoker. The last one took probably 5 years to wear out so itโs durable. Protects the smoker and looks nice. Great price as well.

I needed a cover for my new Horizon 16 smoker. I knew that Horizon had deep history with the OJ company, so I figured this cover was a good place to start. These specific OJ and Horizon models are of very similar dimension. Looking at the dimensions for the cover, I knew I was definitely in the ballpark size-wise. Except at one point... the chimney cap. From side to side across the chimney cap and including this handle, it's about 7 inches. That's too wide to fit into this cover (max diameter of chimney part of cover is about 5.5 inches). So, I measured from side to side and reduced the size of the chimney cap handle down so that the chimney would fit in the cover. This was no loss as I didn't see the need for such a long handle. [This was simple. Just measured at about 5.25 inches from side to side of the cap, took out a hacksaw and cut off part of the handle. I probably cut off about 2 inches of handle. Then I filed the cut area for smoothness. I hit it with some stove paint and put a silicone cover on the end.] No cover will be able to withstand a sharp/small-dimension piece of steel poking into it day in and day out. I wanted to protect against this, so I covered my sharp poking metal pieces (only 2) with high-temp silicone rubber end caps. One of these is on the chimney cap handle. The other is on the handle for the fire-box damper. See pictures. [Though my caps are rated as high-temp, I'll have to see how they do with the heat. I may remove when smoking if they don't handle the heat well, and then replace when I'm storing smoker. I assume that the chimney point will be fine. The firebox may be too warm? But maybe not. We shall see. ] It still may be necessary to increase the protection for the cover at these points. Thankfully, neither one of these spots has real tension on it which would, of course, make the potential for wear and break-through worse. I can't yet personally speak to the durability of this cover. But having used many grill covers over the years, this one is very decently constructed. Good heavy fabric. Time will tell. I don't expect these covers to last too long where I live. If I get a few years before I need to replace, I'm happy. This one seems like it will go at least that far... perhaps longer. And the price is very attractive. ;)
