Defective stitching for the zipper on front compartment. Poor quality. Disappointing

Bought this lunch bag to take Duck hunting, Elk hunting, and various other outdoor activities. It's made well, has held up well, keeps food/drinks relatively cold as long as you add an ice pack, and has lots of room for stuff. The camo is a bonus in the Duck blind, and is easy to clean. Zippers are good, extra pockets are good. There's a mesh pocket inside the lid that I use for storing napkins/toilet paper and a small pack of wetwipes...

I do like the design of this cooler for what it is. I got this to replace an igloo gripper soft cooler. It doesn't have the large storage pocket up front or as much room in the lid as it doesn't have a domed lid like the igloo, but it does hold a sandwich and a couple snacks up top and the front pocket is small but still useful. It does seem to be performing well as a couple frozen half liter water bottles have remained almost fully frozen thru the day while it has kept a few more waters and a pop cool with a little room to spare. The liner seems well made as does the lining of the bag. One plus in my case is while it can carry what I need to get through the day it is a little more compact so if I have a couple more workers in the truck with me I don't have a monstrosity to find a place for.

This is the best lunch bag I have ever bought. I was impressed by the look. Very nice. It also keeps food warm for hours. Very well insulated. Very roomy and zips easily. All around a great product.
