These are excellent chili peppers and they have such great flavor and a little heat. These are easy to use and go great in many dishes especially my mexican dishes. I love the flavor and the spicy heat from these peppers. I will be purchasing more.

I love to make Sauces from scratch and these Anchos are superior quality and very fresh compared to the dried chilies that you find all smashed up and dried out in the grocery stores. These Ancho Chiles are way better than the others I was getting, more of that yummy rich flavor and a little more heat!

I use these to spice up Bloody Mary's. Put a couple in a cocktail shaker, fill it with your favorite vodka, let them marinate overnight, then strain out the vodka and use it to make a spicy Bloody Mary. Not too hot but a really nice flavor.
