Our family screen prints T-Shirts and we use this Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion Remover. We pour it into a spray bottle and it works great. Love purchasing the 32 oz. size... it's cheaper by the ounce and we always have it on hand for projects, even better when Amazon gets it delivered in a jiffy and we don't have to run out and purchase it in town. Great product, great price!

Simple and perfect for those starting out, recommend using a spray bottle to spread it evenly rather than pouring it.

This emulsion makes washing screens so easy and fast! We put it in a spray bottle, and it makes application so easy. Less than 10 minutes to wash a screen.

OK this is a long one, but I would read it, this can be a very sensitive process for it to be affective. I've tried so many emulsion removers in the past, but I have to say that Speedball's Emulsion Remover is one of the best I've encountered. And if I’m being honest, I’ve tried this brand before and it didn’t work but like I said, it’s kind of a weird process. If you do with the instruction, say exactly how it says it, it will work. It’s quite pricey, so you definitely want to use it sparingly. When I first bought it, I mistakenly thought it came in a spray bottle, but upon arrival, I realized it didn’t. I had to purchase a separate spray bottle to use it effectively, as applying it without one would make it hard to get an even coat. A little goes a long way, so I recommend putting it in a spray bottle and applying a light coat to both sides of the screen. You should leave it on for just a few minutes before rinsing it off. I made a few mistakes during my initial attempts, mainly because I didn’t read the instructions closely. If you don’t follow them, the remover simply won’t work, which led me to waste quite a bit of the product and some screens. It’s also important to note that if your emulsion is overexposed or too thick, it may not come off at all. Sometimes, the issue lies with the emulsion itself rather than the remover. I found that using this outside was helpful for me since I’m sensitive to smells, and while it’s not terrible, it can be a bit strong. I noticed that the sun helped the remover dry much faster, so when using it outside, I had to rinse it off within 2 to 3 minutes. Inside, you can follow the normal instructions, but if you let the remover dry on the screen, you’ll run into issues. Overall, this is a tedious process, but if you do it right, it works wonderfully. Just remember to apply it carefully and follow the instructions. Despite the cost, I believe this is the best emulsion remover I've purchased, and it does the job.

This works perfectly for removing emulsion just spray, wait a bit. To remove. I like to use a sponge to loosen the emulsion then just rinse out with water. I’ve shopped other brands but for the size bottle this is priced the lowest
