Very thin. Will break easily
If you want a piece of matt under your body for exercise, it is fine for you. But it is very thin and crumbles under weight. I would recommend not to buy it. Spend a bit more and get a good one. This is very low in quality

I got a yoga mat because stretching and doing mobility work on my hardwood floor was painful on my joints (in some positions). This added minimal cushioning which was extremely disappointing. The texture is weird too, it feels like there is some petroleum slathered on it right out of the package (it also smells strongly of rubber chemicals as well which is also a minus). The strap is cool though.
