Good but small for an adult
The box is somehow small for an adult to train for. It’s a good size for kids to train so gave it to my son. Not sure if I missed the information about the length and width

Awesome foam polymetric jump box for different exercises
This is an excellent Is polymetric jump box. I use it for box jumps,lunges and step ups. I weigh about 190 pounds and I also use it to put my feet on when I'm doing push-ups. I've been using it for about 3 years now with no issues. This is well made and it's soft. I like that It has 3 different sides with 3 different heights to change up your workouts. The vinyl cover on is nice so it doesn't slip around while you're doing your workouts. It's also light enough for you to pick up and move around. I also use it to sit down sometimes or even put my dumbbells on it and other exercise equipment. I would highly recommend this foam polymetric jump box.

Excellent soft box and good value.
Bought to help me graduate my box jumps and its excellent quality and value. Just got to make sure you land in the center of the box otherwise it can be unstable because its soft and it bends if you land close to the edge.

Solidité et amorti: un très bon choix
Franchement la boîte de saut est super. Je cherchais à éviter celles en bois car je suis assez maladroite et me blessé facilement. Celle ci est solide, bien en dur mais recouverte d'une épaisse couche de protection rembourrée. Le revêtement extérieur est lavable à l'éponge et dehoussable (système de fermeture). J'avais fait des recherches sur differents sites avant et je suis très contente de mon choix pour cet achat.
