Product was broken right out of the box cartridges would get stuck and did not click does this have warranty I received it over a month ago so I ordered a second one and it worked for three tattoos then broke as well now they just spin

Pretty much the same as cheyenne
Been tattooing with the original Cheyenne machines and grips for 5 years now. This grip is just as good as the Cheyenne one. I couldn’t tell the difference. Been using it for a few months now and it works great
