Is this a bleach and color all in one step?

Bleach bc it strips the color out ,just lightens what you have

How often can you use this?

Depends on the condition of your hair. It’s bleach so I would make sure your hair wasn’t too damaged before using it. I do find it to be a gentle bleach though

Can use on already dyed hair?

I use this product every month or two, so I’m putting it over top of the last application mostly except for my roots. It does dry out the hair that has already been colored. If you have all your hair dyed, I believe I would put a small amount on a very small part of some of your hair to see how bad it will dry it out before using it all over.

I cant find the revlon platinum frost and glow highlighting kits anywhere. Has is been discontinued? Revlon website doesnt even have it available.
