Q: There are 2 different specs on the amount of lumens this light has. Which is true? 350 or 450?

Depends on whether you have old version or new. The new for the same lamp is 450 lumens. Hard to tell which is which on the Amazon site. I recommend that you check the PETZL site, get the manufacturer’s product version/code number, and then check on the Amazon site to see if they match. If they don’t you are looking at the old version.

Q: Whats the difference in the actik vs the tactikka. I understand core means it has rechargeable battery but other than lumens whats the difference?

The Actik is a consumer/sport product in bright colors. The Tactikka is a professional/military product in black and camo's. Some consumers and retailers don't like to carry military type products.

Q: Is this water resistant?

Haha, no! False advertising. Do you see a gasket around the battery compartment?! I live in a place where humidity kills electronics so watertight seals are crucial. This was given to me as a gift but not impressed with the battery life or durability. It is a bit more comfortable/light weight compared to my older black diamond revolt headlamp which is now dying. Has the feel of a cheap Chinese make in that I would be very worried to drop this or take on long distance hike.
