Absolutely. I always freeze mine to keep longer and ive never had a single issue. I chop it up into half pound blocks, wrap each individually and put them in a air tight glass container.

You have to melt it down and add what you’re going to add then put it in the fridge and let it get solid but not hard then whip it. Hope that helps!
