I received a bottle labeled "Granite and stone" instead of "Granite, quartz, and stone" like in photo. Are these different?

I use it for granite. Quartz is stone, but I would read the label on the back. I don’t know if manufacturered quartz needs to be sealed. I had heard it does not.
