Looks great and fantastic value! I would buy again in a second!

While this product looks nice, it was broken. We didn’t put it up right away, as we ordered many light fixtures as we waited for our new home; therefore, missed the return window. The nut on the outside of the plate to hold the cord to one of the pendants at its desired length was broken, so the light wouldn’t stay where we wanted it. The wires were so long, that the extra wouldn’t fit inside the plate when you put it up to the ceiling without forcing it. Then, the bolts to attach the plate to the ceiling we’re too short, so we had to get new ones. While this light looks nice, if I would have been within the return window, I would have just returned it. Not worth the money.

If you want a light fixture that is at a fair price and easy to install, this one might work for you. Some people who give reviews complain about the extra cord when they want to use shorter lengths...Use your head...Just cut off the excess...Problem solved. The fixture is a matte black. The cord length is adjustable. We have ours pulled up to about 6" in length. Looks great over a kitchen sink. The bottom side of the shade is also matte black. It absorbs a lot of the light reflection. We used 60W equivalent LED lights that are round and clear. They do NOT extend below the shade, therefore, the light is directed directly down over the sink. NOT all over the room. Don't try to use this fixture to light an entire room. It won't work for that. But over a counter top that is 10' in length, it works great. And it sheds light out about 3-4' from the center of where they are hung. After cutting the wires to length, be careful when cutting the outer jacket with a razor knife. The outer skin is tough and could cause you to cut the inner wire skin if not careful. Once you are happy with the length, simply twist the plastic clamp under the hood to keep the wires from slipping. Its a cheap fixture from China but its also a decent fixture for a cheap price.

We put this over our kitchen island for additional light over a single light pendent. It provides the additional two bulbs plus spreads the light across the island better. It was easy to install. Remove the old, screw on the mounting plate, match the wires up, put the screws throught the holes and screw on the caps. BOOM! Done. I recommend.
