Incredible steel. I have the fine/polish cube, multicut, sapphire/polish cube and oval polish. This is easily the most effective steel for sharp edge maintenance. Highly recommend. The cut and the oval shape specifically are why I bought this. And frankly wish I did earlier.

Works great on my soft everyday knives, a Victorinox and a Kiwi. It sounds weird to recommend a $90 steel and a $7 knife, but the combo is just so good! It blows away the MAC ceramic rod and a Dexter diamond rod I have.
