I have a very complicating back injury, have had 2 surgeries on L5/S1 level (both failed). Have been going through incredible daily pain and discomfort with low back and bilateral sciatica nerve pain, tried a lot of PT, acupuncture, EMF, scar injections, Ozone injections, et, etc...For internal pain management I have tried numerous amounts of different drugs and refuse to take any more NSAIDs or any other drugs. I have also been trying a lot of natural supplementation for pain management. I tried different magnesium containing powders for nerve pain and muscle cramping, Curaphen supplement, and a variety of curcumin and turmeric combinations and formulations.I decided to give this Devil's Claw a try and so far, it seems to take quite a bit of an edge off and I actually felt like a "normal person" for 3 days in the row! I started to feel the effects on the first day I started taking it. I got lazy and stopped taking it for a couple of days this week and my severe nerve pain returned and my right foot got all numb and tingly again. So, I'm starting on the tincture again. I think this is a miracle supplement if this is what making my pain subside by this much! I also ordered it in a pill form, but have not tried it yet as the liquid seems to be doing what it supposed to.

Hands down one of my favorite Nat ur Al products I have ever used! I’ve been going through a rheumatoid arthritis flare up and I already take so many pharmaceuticals, so while I’m waiting to see a rheumatologist again I needed to find natural pain relief. I don’t want to rely on synthetic pain medication, especially with the career I’m working towards getting. THis natural herb works! And this company makes a great product.No taste whatsoever. Super simple to mix in a small amount of water and drink. No problems! Love it!

I didn’t think this was working until I stopped taking it and suffered 10 hot flashes in one night. How quickly I forget 🙄I have yet to find something that gives me complete relief, but this works well.

I take the 1000mg strength. This stuff is the greatest thing since chocolate candy...lol I suffer from degenerative joint disease in my lower back with sciatica and severe arthritis in my various joints especially my hands and knees. This stuff helps temper the pain and allows me to function. I take it three times a day. It works well with my other medications. However, buyer beware...the picture shows 1000mg strength and that’s why I ordered it. I was sent 370 mg strength and you are unable to return it. Kudos to Amazon customer service, they were amazing and offered a great solution to the situation. Thank you Amazon customer service 🙂

If you don't like bitter stuff, this may not be for you. But the taste does not linger. I put the drops in as I finished the last few drops of my tea. I purchased just as a maintenance anti-inflammatory. I don't see the need to keep taking it other than the fact that when I took it before bed, it gave me wonderful and very vivid lucid dreams.
