It takes a few minutes to make and my family loves it on noodles.

It is a favorite. Easy and versatile. I like fresh veggies in it but have actually used a combination of fresh and frozen.

Desperate for the peanut sauce like they serve at Thai restaurants, I tried some stuff in bottles from grocery stores, but they weren't the same. After reading the reviews for this, I decided to give it a shot...and it's exactly what I've been looking for! With the great addition of a nice spice. My only complaint would be that I wish more came with it, especially as I like the sauce to be thicker - it goes really quickly. And I guess it tends to be a bit bland when runny. (Also when it's thicker, you can taste the spice better.)This is how I make it (forgive me, I don't like taking measurements):1) I pour enough coconut milk in the saucepan with the mix so that it's still runny.2) I turn on the burner and wait until I can notice it thickening.3) I quickly turn the stove off, as the residual heat will continue to thicken the sauce.4) I then add more coconut milk to my desire without any additional heating. I reach a compromise between it being runny and thick.

Swimming Angel - A bed of sauteed spinach covered with a layer of rice topped with cubes of fired tofu (or chicken or whatever) and then smothered with this peanut sauce. Serve with stir fried veggies. You can't go wrong with this meal.Mix two envelopes with a can of coconut milk and bring to a slow boil to make this sauce. This is a great price since the individual 2 envelope boxes are close to $5 each at the grocery store.

We've been using this brand for more than 20 years. Recently our store quit carrying this item in this brand, so I was very happy that I could find a multipack on Amazon. Whenever I've cooked chicken and slathered this over them for guests, I am always asked about the recipe. This Thai peanut sauce is also delicious on rice, vegetables or fake meat. This is a "must keep on hand" type of item which can easily pull an ordinary meal together. Just make sure to have a can of coconut milk on hand for each envelop. Yum!

I make a lot of stir fry and a packet of this sends the dish over the moon. It’s not hot hot like pad Thai can be but it’s Perfect.I accidentally stocked up but that was a GOOD accident. 2 packets per box. You won’t be sorry. On the contrary. You’ll be Pleased.

I've reviewed this before, don't know what happened that that. Anyway, this is a perfect product. The taste profile is ideal for many applications. I never actually make peanut sauce with it, but I add it into my Dan Dan noodle sauce, my Pad Thai sauce, even curries. Last night I tossed in a tablespoon of it into my osso bucco reduction. It adds great taste notes to anything.
