Some Bad Reviews seem way too personal

Ive been trading for 2 years and this book in the intro and first chapter alone gives you what you need to know about trading.Someone said you cant day trade for a living therefore these youtubers are lying and are scams. i guess they speak for themselves definetly not for me and other traders.Yes you can get this information from youtube but guess what feeds your brain? Reading. Reading is recommended at a very young age and ive read trading books and i will continue to read trading books (even if theyre alike) over youtube videos.Im sure ive watch many trading youtube videos but main keypoints i remember about trading are from books.Reading at first seemed dull and took too long. That is until i tried it and disciplined myself to continue reading books. Now sometimes i cant wait to read again.Key word: DisiplineIn reading or in trading that will take you further than your Willpower.Other good reads for trading are discipline books.Im not here to defend Ross.Im here to encourage reading and discipline for the reasons explained above.Youre long on a stock and can see a head and shoulders forming on the chart? thats great. it wont matter if you dont have the discipline to sell before the right shoulder tanks because "it might go up instead."

Fair starter book

This is a fair overview of day trading, but with some shortcomings. First, it was written in a hurry by the author, who obviously knew what he was talking about, but was not carefully edited. Books like this need to be reviewed by an objective reader who knows nothing about the subject and can give the author guidance as to the logical of their outline.Secondly, it needs a glossary of terms and much more annotation on the graphs and charts.PS: Read about Warrior Trading’s $3,000,000 fine from the FTC in April of 2022.

i've learned from many great teachers, dvds

I've been trading for numerous of years, unsuccessfully. Not to mentioned I graduated from a day trading school, in wall street. In short I am not new to trading. As well, i've learned from many great teachers, dvds, books, and seminars. However, there was a missing piece, of the puzzle, with my trades. I would be successful on trades, yet give it all back with one trade. I have a game plan, profit lost ratio, as well stops, and max stop lost. However, when a trade will go against me, i would not cut my lost according to plan. I could not understand what i was doing wrong. The market is always right. I have a plan/risk management. Yet am losing. And here where Mr. Ross Cameron book open my eyes. I learned one of many tremendous lessons from this book. But the main one was dealing with my emotions, and feelings. I learned that the emotion of fear, actually works against me in trading. The fear of losing would keep me, from pressing the trigger. And though in life the emotions of fear helps us from danger. But in trading fear works against you, since a lost isn't a loss unto you press the trigger. Fear will keep me in the trade, ultimately causing me to take a larger lost. And fear instead of protecting me, it works against you, in trading. Am so grateful for Ross, teaching such a powerful lesson. You just don't find powerful teaching lessons, to often. Real lessons, from the heart not itchy hear stuff. Now i can cut my losses, respect my stop lost, and accept small losses, with grace, not emotions. Thank You Ross!

Only Take Advice From Those Who Have What You Want

Firstly, don't trust anyone who writes a 10 paragraph review about how daytrading is a scam and no one makes money doing it. They're simply projecting their own ineptitude and lack of ability onto the community as a whole.Second, Ross is great. His channel is wonderful and this book goes into enough to get you started. I read it through twice and was actually pleasantly surprised with how much detail it goes into.Lastly, people like Ross and Ricky not only post their P/L daily...they live trade so you can watch them making money. Is it a scam that Ross made 800k this month? Or do 9/10 traders fail and then blame others for their shortcomings?I bought the book because I wanted a physical copy but you can get a free copy when you watch his webinar. I think the Kindle version is a few bucks.Main reason I wrote this review is to remind you to only take advice from people who have what you want or are further on the same path. Never to take advice from someone complaining about how they couldn't cut it.

This really does work

This is the best of the 10 books on day trading I've read. This really does work. Day trading is not for everyone but this is the first book I could find with a working active strategy. If you want to use this, open a paper trading account, and get up early (west-coasters) to make this work. It took me a couple weeks to find some of the patterns he talked about and due to not all studies being available on the platform I used (thinkOrSwim) it took some time. I would also recommend reading Market Wizards (the original) immediately after this. Do paper trading first. I'm currently working on automating my adapted strategy via code.
