WARNING, IT DOES SPILL!Been using this for quite some time now, and it definitely keeps my drink hot - like as if it had just come out of the kettle even after many hours. I could keep the lid closed and enjoy it at the end of a class.However, IT DOES SPILL. I tested it by turning it upside down, and from side to side, and it spilled quite a lot (not so much on its side) so I would recommend keeping it upright or buying a small thermostat instead if this is a worry for you. I did put this in my bag once, upright, since I have had problems in the past with cups like this. A little bit of my drink had spilled, not bad enough to damage anything. Probably not a good idea to have your cup on the side.Love the look of it, and I quite like the grip since it helps keep a good hold.It’s relatively light and sturdy. Doesn't feel heavy at all.

The cup you drink your coffee from is very important and this is a fair cup for the price. Not my favourite and probably wouldn’t buy again but it does the job it’s intended too and is comfortable to use and the hand grip is great too. I’ve been using it for a good period of time and the grip is still held on good and tight.

Insulated travel coffee mug. The top unscrews and the cup takes about a mugs worth of whatever you choose to put in it. If properly secured, the cup will keep contents hot or chilled for a good couple of hours. The lid flaps back to reveal a hole for drinking through. When this is pushed tightly shut, it creats a waterproof seal. I have tried holding the mug upside down, and do not get any leakage, As a buonus, the cup will also fit in a large coat pocket. Comes in a range of colours which is nice.

Love the flask. Does not leak and keeps the content warm for about 6 hours!

I've gone through plenty of travel cups before this one. All far more expensive and not as good. Other brands always manage to spill somehow, or feel awkward to drink from. I also have a terrible habit of leaving my travel cups on a train or on the roof of my car and having to replace.This cup is so well insulated that I add about 5 ice cubes to my black coffee so that I can drink it on the way to work (rather than 4 hours later when it's finally cooled) - I put it in my bag when I ride my bike to the station and it never leaks, it's survived a couple of tumbles off the roof of the car and is cheap enough to not feel too bad and needing to replace if I lose it.Don't waste your money on all the gimmick cups out there and just buy this.

I ordered 2 at the same time, one came wrapped in plastic inside a box, the other was just loose inside a box. The loose one leaks, I suspect it had already previously been returned and resold, hence the missing plastic. Reading the other comments and as per my experience, these seem hit-and-miss as to whether they leak or not.Note: I am capable of screwing on a lid without cross threading etc, and even tried by only half filling the cup. It just leaks no matter what. Hot and cold liquid.
