Because it's cheap, Item is flimsy, not a good quality. Definitely will not last long. Received only in a plastic not even in a box as shown by the seller.

If you suffer from hemorrhoids, fissures, any of the above I strongly recommend buying this. Hemorrhoids is my problem, and I have slept in my bathtub just for some relief. The last couple of weeks has been so brutal.I bought this little gem and absolutely love this! It’s sturdy and easy to use. The bag is a nice touch, you can add hot water as needed.Update as it’s been a few weeks: I sit to the side (think side saddle on a horse) so it’ll be more comfortable. Still sturdy and working great!

Looks pretty cheap but I bought so many disposable ones before this but its been more than 30-40 times i have used it and is perfect. My BMI is 21. So kinda small just to give idea that if you are in heavier side this product may break but for me has been perfect...

I am using this product to treat an anal fissure and am glad I finally gave in and got one. This is an excellent product. It fits my toilet perfectly and I find it to be solid and good quality. The bag and tubing really work to replenish the basin with warm water and the vents ensure no overflow. It is very comfortable to sit on, even for 15 or 20 minutes. Well worth the money. My only minor negative feedback is that it is difficult to empty the refill bag at the end of the session. The top opening is excellent insofar as no water leaks out of the bag even if you lie it down, but it is tough to get that water out of there when you are done!
