Placed around the areas my cats took delight in clawing, they won’t touch my chair or sofas anymore! Perfect.

Just for reference - I have a two seater sofa.As soon as I put on the sofa, my cat stopped scratching it. One end of my sofa is sat against the wall and have something to stop my cat getting into the gap. So for the rest I was able to cover the bottom of the sofa, both arms, and the side. I also had to use at the back of the sofa to stop her scratching the top. I have a small strip left to use if I need. It was a perfect amount for what I needed!Cons - if you don’t get it on right and have to pull it off the sofa and reattach, it does take a lot of stick off. But there are screws to safely attach to the sofa as well. If I had a bigger sofa, or didn’t have the other side against the wall, I wouldn’t have enough to effectively protect all my sofa.

Recently, my cat began scratching a wooden ladder in my room. I tried multiple methods, including a liquid deterrent that she proceeded to ignore summarily. I applied this deterrent tape on the wood, and she immediately stopped scratching it.The package comes with a lot of tape in various formats (it reminded me of those bandaid packages that bring all sorts of sizes) to adapt to all sorts of needs. The tape was also very easy to remove from its liner, as the manufacturer left plenty of margin space to do so.I'm very happy with this product!

Does a good job at stopping the cat from scratching the sofas

I purchased the furniture protector to deter my cats from scratching the sofa. Unfortunately, the tape only stayed stuck for less than 15 minutes. I added the upholstery pins, but now the tape has started to curl at the sides.If anything, the tape has given my cats a new reason to damage the sofa, as they now try playing with the sides of the tape and pulling it off. Overall, this product has been disappointing and hasn't served its intended purpose.

These actually work! Day 1: all 3 cats are giving me dirty looks because they REALLY don't like these!The adhesion is not the greatest for my furniture (couch is a course sand bag type texture) and chairs are standard-nothing-fancy kinda cloth material. That said, the pins provided keep the plastic in place really well, and leave no visible holes when removed.The cats are slowly transitioning to scratch pads and posts (grudgingly of course) butbthey have no interest in touching the plastic at all. One of them would give these a one star review through a series of vehement meows, but 5 stars from me for all forms of cloth furniture!

Un peu cher mais excellent produit. Personne ne l'a remarqué sur mon salon en velours. Très facile à appliquer. Je n'ai pas mis les épingles car je n'y arrivais pas et j'ai un peu peur que mes chats arrivent à les enlever et les avaler. Petite astuce pour qu'ils tiennent bien : passer le sèche cheveux à fond après les avoir poser. Je compte en reprendre car je n'en ai pas eu assez. Excellente livraison comme d'habitude avec Amazon.

Desde que lo puse...mis gatos ya no an vuelto engancharse con las uñas en las esquinas del sofá, y eso que les compré antes un juguete de afilarse ,pero enfocaron el sofá y se acabó está obsesión con este producto. Totalmente recomendable, muy fácil de poner y el adhesivo bastante fuerte . Está intacto como el primer día que lo puse!! Muy contenta con la compra.

Il prodotto è arrivato prima del previsto. Gli adesivi hanno un'ottima aderenza sulla mia poltrona (anche se bisognerà vedere la resistenza nel tempo) ed i bottoncini a vite sono utili e anche gradevoli alla vista.
