BRIGHT! More light blue than white.
Extremely bright. I wish they went a little dimmer, but oh well. When I turn them down, I can't see the "factory message display". If I ever get the dash tore down to there again, I might put a little piece of window-tint on them to dull out the bright. They are actually more of a "light blue" than white, in color. I tried to get some photos, but it's hard to tell. I've gotten used to them, but yeah. Otherwise, it was a good upgrade from the blue ones I had tried in there. Factory ones started failing years ago.

Works with Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis EATC AC controller.
I have a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. I sized these for my AC controller (EATC). I was able to get them to fit. You can use this with anything 12V if you can solder. They turned out awesome. I agree with some of the reviews. The manufacturer should use plated through holes for soldering the pins on the board and not solder mounts but I'm sure it saves them money by not having plated through holes. However try to get a tiny circuit board cut for this price with those specs. Anyhow. They bright LEDs really brought the look of the controller to a modern look by making the light up lettering crisp. Where the old incandescent made the letters look dirty. It will take you some patience and some thought. What I did is not plug and play.

Perfect replacement for dim yellow OE incandescent bulbs.
Bright white dimmable LED lamps that work great for instrument cluster lighting. The leads bent easily but are way more rigid than the factory bulb leads. These seem to dim quite well but may need an extra resistor inline if you still think they are too bright. I was able to solder 9 of these in place on my cluster in about 20 minutes and they all worked flawlessly.

Great LED Light Retrofit
I think that this product is great. I would have given it 5 stars if the negative lead had been marked in some way on the top of the circuit board. My instrument cluster did not have through holes for the leads, so I had to cut them off and bend a little foot on them. To keep track of the polarity, I colored the negative side of the board black with a sharpie. It only took me about 1.25 hours to complete the replacement of 8 lights including the removal and replacement in the vehicle. They now make my instrument cluster look brand new. The lights are bright and clear. Great product.

Would Recommend & Helpful Tips
Happy with the results with my 2006 Chevy Failblazer. Here are some tips I learned during the replacement process. I took a multimeter and marked all the positive & negative points. Red & black sharpies worked great. Do all the lights, as some were reversed to what I thought. Next I used needle nose pliers to bend a consistent bend / height. Next, cut the extra off and tin the ends. See photo included. Removal of old lights was easy, only 2 solder points. Test the board (only) before you reassemble the display and re-install. The directionals and dimming function worked fine. Results, a lot brighter than the OEM lights. It has somewhat of a blue hue to it, which I like better. Time will tell with how long these hold up. I have plenty of spares, but would rather not have to repeat this project. Hope this helps with your project. Also, watch YouTube. 😉

Too bright for a dash
Wow- these were too bright for my Climate Control unit so I had to put blue paint on them using a Sharpie Paint stick. That worked well when I painted all three segments on each LED. These are somewhat fragile so be mindful if you need to bend the leads, you need to clamp the lead in front of the LED chip to prevent any stress from breaking the LED. Pricing was good.

Top notch quality!!
Best LEDS on Amazon. Polarity is labeled, and the components are better quality as well. I think these are the best quality ones available on Amazon.
