Does it at least take the nits out?

It makes them a lot easier coming out. I mean you still have to comb, but they're all dead! Seriously we were fighting lice for over 2 years. It's legit the only stuff that killed it. And idk why people said the applicator doesn't work. It worked great for us! 2 bottles did 3 people's head.. 1 the thickest head of hair you will ever see and 2 pretty long.. mid back. Seriously, don't second guess yourself on this stuff. The price had me questioning, but it's absolutely worth every penny! If I knew before how well it worked, I would have paid waaaay more! I have 2 kits in my bathroom just Incase we ever have a problem again

Can I use it after I use nix hair treatment?

Yes, the Lice Remover Kit can be used after other lice treatments, including Nix. Make sure to wash the other treatment out of hair and allow hair to dry before applying the Lice Remover gel.

What is the active ingredient in this product? Is it dimethicone? If so, what concentration? Thank you

The gel contains a proprietary blend of ingredients. The primary active ingredient is dimethicone which is effective at killing the hatched lice. It also contains isopropyl myrostate which has ovicidal efficacy.

How do I get the greasy film of the hardwood floors and rugs? It must have gotten on my feet bcs it’s slippery everywhere!

Try hot water. It takes time to get the geese off things. Though worth it. This is the first product that worked first attempt.
