Helmet pump not included
Helmet is great. My only issue is I didn’t receive a pump to inflate the helmet pads so the helmet was useless until I was able to get to the store and purchase one.

Poorly packaged and missing critical padding!
This F7 Collegiate helmet by Schutt arrived missing one cheek pad entirely on the left side. Further, the product description said that all F7 helmets come with the thickest padding installed, and additional sizes of padding so you can change it out to get a better fit. No additional padding included at all. Called the Schutt customer service number provided by Amazon (and verified online as their main number) and just a circular automated menu that never takes you anywhere. What a joke. My son will be heartbroken if he can’t play football next week, so I’m stuck trying to figure out how to get the right pads, rather than returning and buying elsewhere. Sad.

Wasn’t the Professional I ordered!
Great helmet!!!! My 8 year old loves the fit and comfort! However, there was issue with the inflation ports not being properly seated. Easy fix though. Also, the helmet is listed as professional but we received the collegiate version without the quarter turn screws.
